Our Process
Initial Ideas

We can also highlight any potential planning difficulties with your development proposal at this stage and provide alternative development suggestions and strategies to help secure planning permission.
Design Team
With a solid development proposal in place, we work with our team of trusted specialist consultants (when needed) to produce reports required at the validation stage or to support the application. We are proud to draw from our extensive catalogue of recommended experts, ensuring you get the best support every step of the way.
Application Process
Once all relevant documents and reports are finalised, we submit them to the Local Planning Authority as a single package. We act as the agent, monitoring the application and taking action when required. This includes responding to the Planning Officer's requests and obtaining progress updates.
We provide you with regular updates on your application progress and outline any potential delays to receiving your Decision Notice.
Building Warrant & Construction
Once you have obtained planning permission, our work is almost done. If required, we can assist with condition compliance, as some planning consents include conditions that must be discharged before development commences.
Otherwise, we will refer you to one of our highly recommended architectural practices who can help you navigate the Building Warrant and Construction phases of your development.
